About the Author
Norma Carr-Ruffino is Professor of Management in the College of Business at San Francisco State University. One of the best text books I've read

This book was required reading for a class in my Master's program, and it's one of the best text books I've read. The language is not difficult, but there is so much information that I had to slow down when reading. There are a lot of subjects that I knew nothing about, and the author is able to write well on touchy issues. I learned a lot from this class, and much of that learning had to do with this excellent book.
