A timeless collection of essays on the Peloponnesian War. For the serious scholar or amateur historian who can't get enough of good reading material on the war Thucydides chronicled in his history classic. One of my favorites in this collection is by Nick Pappas called Athens and America. Relating the events of the past to our own time can be hazardous but Mr. Pappas does a fine job here.
