Conscious Exercise and the Transcendental Sun

Although written many years ago, this book is a veritable masterpiece. I was so impressed that I actually do the recommended calisthenics routine each morning now and also the 20-asana Hatha yoga routine in the evening. But, far beyond the actual physical exercises are the crucial-to-human-growth suggestions and recommendations of the writer to engage the exercises and all activities as communion with the Divine. I couldn't be happier with this wonderful book! In fact, I urge anyone interested in learning about what one might call "real Spiritual practice" to check out other books by Avatar Adi Da Samraj.

Brilliant instruction

This book goes far beyond any book I've ever read on exercise. The author obviously knows about the body and the transcendental use of the body in Divine Communion. I'm very happy about the purchase. This book is out of print and it is a treasure to find.
