Good ACT study guide and preparation instructions

I took the ACT and SAT back in the Jurassic Age. There were none of these books and just a few photocopied old tests to study the format and some sample questions on a few pages stapled together. This preparation book enables high schoolers to learn the format and become accustomed to the types of questions. This helps to remove the fear factor and lower test anxiety. It also helps to improve scores about 3 to 7 points which may be the difference of receiving a scholarship or not.

I used the Princeton review guide and this one, and I preferred this one. No, you are not a dummy if you are about to take the ACT. You are headed for college. But--it gives you a study guide that is written in simple language, even though the questions themselves are test-level.
